Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds on orders. Exchanges are only applicable in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To process such requests, customers must provide:

  • An uncut opening video clearly showing the package being opened
  • Clear evidence that the product was damaged or incorrect upon arrival
  • Order details for verification

Please note:

  • Edited, cut, or unclear videos will not be accepted
  • Claims raised without proper proof may be rejected

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images and/or an uncut opening video.

After reviewing the issue, our team will verify the request and confirm eligibility for exchange. Approved exchange requests will be processed within 5–7 business days after verification.

To qualify for exchange:

  • The product must be unused and unwashed
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact
  • The item should be in its original condition

Once approved, the correct product will be sent to you.

Sale & Promotional Items

Products purchased during sales, clearance offers, or promotional discounts are not eligible for exchange unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Non-Refundable / Non-Exchangeable Situations

We are not responsible for refunds or exchanges in the following situations:

  • Delays caused by courier or logistics partners
  • Incorrect shipping address or phone number provided by the customer
  • Customer unavailable to receive calls or delivery attempts from courier partners
  • Minor color variations due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution differences
