Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on:

  • Customer location
  • Courier partner serviceability
  • Local logistics conditions

Shipping & Tracking

  • Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners
  • Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to become active

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders are shipped only after confirmation
  • Refused or undelivered COD orders may lead to COD restriction on future orders
  • Repeated COD misuse may result in cancellation of COD facility without notice

Delivery Delays

Although we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Remote or non-serviceable locations
  • Weather conditions, strikes, or government restrictions

Such delays are beyond our control and we are not liable for them.


Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers must ensure that all shipping details are accurate and complete.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect address, incomplete details, or customer unavailability may not be eligible for refund
  • Re-shipping (if approved) may incur additional shipping charges
