Processing includes:

- Packing and dispatch preparation
Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
Shipping & Delivery Timeline
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on:
- Customer location
- Courier partner serviceability
- Local logistics conditions
📦 Estimated total delivery time: 7–14 business days (Processing + Shipping)
Shipping & Tracking
- Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners
- Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched
- Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to become active
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD orders are shipped only after confirmation
- Refused or undelivered COD orders may lead to COD restriction on future orders
- Repeated COD misuse may result in cancellation of COD facility without notice
Delivery Delays
Although we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Customers must ensure that all shipping details are accurate and complete.
- Orders returned due to incorrect address, incomplete details, or customer unavailability may not be eligible for refund
- Re-shipping (if approved) may incur additional shipping charges
